Esther Abel (AIPSC) joined Sylvia Rapke Personnel CC as a Partner/Consultant in June 2009. She was born in Koblenz, Germany and moved to South Africa in 1998 where she completed her studies. Esther graduated with a distinction in Psychology Honours (BSocSc) and later at the top of her class in Organisational Psychology Honours (BSocSc – Human Resources Management) at the University of Cape Town.

After the completion of her studies, Esther worked as the Recruitment Manager at a German Call Centre in Cape Town. At German Placement Specialists she is able to combine her passion for people with a keen interest in matching high calibre candidates with suitable client companies and enjoys the challenges and rewards that this industry offers. Esther is excited to be working with you in the near future.

Jenny Doll (AIPSC) joined Sylvia Rapke Personnel CC as Office Manager and Recruitment Consultant in 2010. She was born in Germany, where she completed her vocational training in Industrial Business Management. While working for a German Tour operator across the globe, Jenny completed her Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in the United Kingdom.

She then worked as a freelance Consultant and Human Resources Manager for Mercedes Benz in Germany. Following her passion for South Africa she relocated to Cape Town. At German Placement Specialists Jenny is able to use her previous work and life experience, and is looking forward assisting you.
