Esther Abel (AIPSC) joined Sylvia Rapke Personnel CC as a Partner/Consultant in June 2009. She was born in Koblenz, Germany and moved to South Africa in 1998 where she completed her studies. Esther graduated with a distinction in Psychology Honours (BSocSc) and later at the top of her class in Organisational Psychology Honours (BSocSc – Human Resources Management) at the University of Cape Town.

After the completion of her studies, Esther worked as the Recruitment Manager at a German Call Centre in Cape Town. At German Placement Specialists she is able to combine her passion for people with a keen interest in matching high calibre candidates with suitable client companies and enjoys the challenges and rewards that this industry offers.
